The period to reschedule a game is now open. The last date to submit a reschedule request is June 1st at midnight. Each team is allowed to reschedule one game only.

Available dates are listed on the Form below and will fill up quickly. Please fill out all information and email the form to Michele Letina, League Administrator at michele.letina@gmail.com.

FIELDS MUST BE CONFIRMED BEFORE THE RESCHEDULE IS SUBMITTED!

A reschedule is considered confirmed when the game has been updated on the website,

Reschedule Procedure:
1. Contact opposing coach to see if reschedule is possible.
2. Agree upon reschedule date after checking availability.
3. Confirm availability of field for new date.
4. Submit request for approval.
